Required Experience
The CSSGB requires employees who have related experience working to improve quality processes. The candidates need to solve and analyze quality issues, which is made sure through Six Sigma methodologies, techniques, and tools, or any other quality development method. In all, a candidate should have three years of work experience in one or some fields of the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. Note that the work experience should be a full-time job that is paid. Any other type of work, such as part-time, unpaid, intern, etc., cannot be used as work experience for the CSSGB certification. Pay attention that there are no educational waivers granted for the experience.
